E3 2009 is ready to go
The E3 begins tomorrow in LA, this year it seems like there should be a number of interesting announcements along with all the trailers (the PSP Go has already been leaked). I’m looking forward to not only viewing the new art styles, 3d graphics and UI elements of upcoming games but also finding out release dates of some games I will no doubt be purchasing later this year.
Of course if you’re not there you can follow the conference on the official website, with gametrailers.com being the official host for video content (including live streams). I’d recommend also following it through the following channels for a more insightful and comical perspective: Area 5 (CO-OP will have 3 special video episodes), G4 TV (anything by Adam Sessler or Casey Schreiner are worth watching), Kotaku (for the latest and most complete news feeds) and GiantBomb (news feeds, podcasts and video). The big press conferences are scheduled for the following times (UK and local time):
Monday June 1
Microsoft — 6.30pm (UK), 10.30am (local)
Electronic Arts —10:00pm (UK), 2.00pm (local)
Tuesday June 2
Ubisoft — 1:00am (UK), 5.00pm (local on June 1)
Nintendo — 5:00pm (UK), 9.00am (local)
Sony — 7:00pm (UK), 11am (local)
