Orange
While freelancing at FramFab/LBi for 3 months I worked in the ‘Orange’ team helping to design and develop an online style manual and mapping new methods for Orange to interact with their customers over digital mediums.
These designs formed part of a comprehensive online style manual which demonstrated the use of the rules we’d developed by mocking up such things as website promotional boxes, title images and media player graphics. It also refined typical things outlined in a style manual such as rules for grid layouts, typography and colour.
The mapping component consisted of a series of wireframe diagrams to illustration customer journeys while undertaking a number of tasks associated with using Orange’s digital services such as the Internet and mobile phone. These included things like interacting with Web 2.0 components on the Orange website via their mobile to looking up maps on the Internet using the mobile.
